Sciatica Due to Lower Back Disc Herniation

The SALIENT clinical trial will assess the safety and effectiveness of the investigational drug, SX600, for one-sided leg pain due to pressure on the sciatic nerve. SX600 is a new formulation of the injectable steroid that aims to provide a longer period of pain relief compared to current steroid preparations.

There will be 10 visits to our local trial site in Hurstville over approximately 19 months. Participants will be reimbursed for travel expenses at each clinic visit.
